At present, Comrade Liu Wenmin, DSIC Deputy Chief Engineer, has been appraised as Ship Design Master with an equivalent title, recommended by DSIC, voted by the Selecting Committee organized by CSNAME and submitted to its 13th Session of Standing Council 10th Conference for approval.
